I support couples, siblings and friends in navigating their connections. Through our sessions, you will learn to improve your relationships and break free from old behaviour patterns. Together, we can create a healthier and more fulfilling way to relate those around you.

Stress Management:
Stress is a common 
experience, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can significantly impact both your mental and physical health. I offer you the opportunity to learn effective stress management techniques helping you regain control and improve your overall well-being. 

RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING

Anxiety:
Are you struggling with anxiety? You're not alone and help is available. With the right treatment, you can learn to manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life. By combining therapy with practical tools, you can regain control and overcome the challenges anxiety brings. I specialise in working with clients facing general, social and health anxieties. 

Trauma Informed:
Trauma-informed counseling provides you with practical tools to manage your stress responses. Together, we’ll pinpoint early signs in your body and uncover the thoughts and emotions that may trigger reactions like Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn. Throughout our sessions, we’ll work on reframing those thoughts to help you navigate stress with confidence and ease.

GRIEF

Grief:
Grief can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to go through it alone. I offer a supportive space where we can discover healthy ways to cope and heal. Whether you're dealing with the loss of loved one or navigating difficult transitions like job loss or a breakup, I am here to help you find a path. 

Understanding Emotions:
It's not just about talking therapy—it's about truly feeling your emotions in a safe space to help you process them. Many of my clients experience overwhelming feelings that wash over them like waves, and instead of riding those waves, they feel drowned by unprocessed emotions.Together, we can learn how to listen to emotions to transform your thoughts and behaviors.
